but a more accurate 'toon would have been to show Cheney in China in front of a "gameboy" with controls in his hands, and bush* on the screen being "controlled"
may not be that far from the truth -- given the long pauses, errs, and umms as bush* strained to hear what was being whispered through the ear piece -- Cheney could have well been on the phone at the other end
maybe he should be drawn with an antenna coming out of his head and power-pack strapped to his back?
