John Lennon and John Kerry

Seen in the May MOJO magazine in an article about Lennon's 'protest' period. Text says, "At an anti-Vietnam event in central New York zjohn was snapped next to a Vietnam Naval Lieutenant-turned-peace-activist named John Kerry. If I'm not wrong this is your Presidential candidate. A much cooler thing to have on your resume than "My Daddy had close personal and business relationships with the Saudi royal family and the Bin Ladens", no?

1. I have used that as my desktop background
ever since Clark dropped out of the race.

Since I own an internet cafe, many people have commented on that.

One con who comes in frequently actualy said that was a photoshop.

I had fun with that one publicly proving him wrong.

7. A new plate for Florida
We in Florida are about to get a new license plate with Lennon's picture and "IMAGINE" on it. Pretty cool. It is actually for one of the food for the poor organizations.

8. Here is another one from that era

To me, the image of our next President being arrested at an anti-war protest is a powerful one.
