Kerry Camp Wants to Match the Cabinet's Tax Cut

Today as members of George Bush's Cabinet file their tax returns, they'll see their boss gave them a $2.5 million bonus. That's the size of the tax cut this group of millionaires all together received.

Tuesday we started a grassroots fundraising drive to match the Cabinet Bonus in one week. Response has been phenomenal -- Kerry supporters have given over $1.86 million, putting our goal within reach.

Last month, hundreds of thousands of small contributions from Kerry supporters allowed us to go toe-to-toe with Bush's fundraising machine. Only if we keep that up can we continue to counter Bush's negative attack on the airwaves and in the field.
