Did Air America get its injunction?

...because they guy they were made out to was frauding AAR and another group by booking them both for the same air slot. At least that's my understanding.

Reports of the checks bouncing are most likely not true. Given Air
American's financial resources, that seems difficult to believe. They allege that the station owner was double dipping and essentially stealing money from Air America, so Air America has withheld payments to avoid getting further ripped off(perhaps they put a stop payment on a check, which would explain the station owner's allegation that "their check bounced").

The station owner has responded to the dispute by pulling the plug on Air America, but if Air America's case is as solid as they claim, I doubt that the situation will continue. If they can demonstrate to a judge that they have a legitimate claim, they should be granted the injunction while the mess is sorted out in court.
