CBS News tonight showing videos of soldiers' funerals.
Edited on Thu Apr-15-04 05:44 PM by Ilsa
Commenting on the weary families and friends memorializing the dead, the pain and cost of war in destroying lives. Several dozen funerals planned for this week alone.

1. Finally
Giving our fighting men and women the honor, respect and ATTENTION they deserve. People need to fully understand the horror that chimpy has brought on our country and the world. Sadly for most righty's they think it's a videogame or something...

2. it's ABOUT TIME THEY SUPPORTED THE TROOPS!!!
it is patently, blatantly, sickeningly UNAMERICAN to hide those 'transfer tubes'

and any shithead freeper who tries to justify the media's willful ignoring of the REAL sacrifices being made, hates America

If this war is really about 'defending freedom', if the repubes out there are REALLY 100% behind Shrub, then they should WANT to see these funerals. Their willingness to ignore them shows how much they really believe the hype

they are afraid of the truth. They stand behind Bush specifically and only because he is not Clinton, not a Dem.

3. Have the freepers even discussed this issue?
That the Bush Administration won't let the journlists take photos of the caskets coming back home? Or do they just ignore the issue like they ignore everything negative about shrubbie & co?

4. Noticed this trend last week
This is big trouble for Bush, when big media is starting with theses kinds of stories and images.

If this keeps up, Bush might lose so badly it will look like a Dole type loss.
