Is this # 1 for the weekend? PORN INDUSTRY SHUT DOWN>>>>
by HIV outbreak.

Oh yes, & freeing the hostages..............

The American "News" Media sucks especially badly.

Anyone believe constant calling and faxing making any difference? If we all reallly committed and were relentless would it change what they report or how it is reported?

2. I think it would still be risky.
Condoms don't do much to prevent the spread of HIV.

5. you must have learned it
in religous school.

While it doesn't prevent sexually transmitted diseases entirely, condom use does reduce the likelihood of contracting a sexually transmitted disease significantly.

8. No I learned it in Public school.
I would agree that it does reduce the risk, but the risk was presented as being too high, but that is subjective. But they may not want to take the risk.

14. condoms are HIGHLY effective against hiv
of all communicable diseases, hiv is one of the least communicable. it really is not good at jumping from person to person.

hiv spreads solely via fluid exchange. condoms prevent fluid exchange, ergo, condoms prevent hiv transmission. yes, condoms can tear, but that's just about the only way to get exposure.

many other stds, such as hpv (genital warts) spread via skin contact. condoms are NOT very effective in preventing transmission of these, since it doesn't cover enough of the skin areas. but hiv, that it is very good at stopping.
