ready to invade if the U.S. pulls out?

I have a wannabe 'Puke friend who told me this and he's usually wrong about most things. I've never heard this one before, so is this even remotely true? I never have come across anybody who said Iran had soldiers lined up on the border. Anybody know anything on this?

Iran and Iraq have a huge common border, and Iraq attacked Iran viciously about fifteen years ago. You bet Iran would like to invade, if they thought it would gain them something.

But there's no need for them to wait on the border. They're just sending aid and clerics to push their point of view inside Iraq. You know, part of the coalition that we're supporting.

that at the present rate things are going with Bush*s foreign policy, "If you're not with us, you're against us", Iran will be invited into Iraq to join forces with Iraqi citizens to throw US out. We may see those flowers, yet.
