Look at the man! Compare his features and mannerisms today with how he looked and acted in 2000. He has always mangled the language and been not too bright, but he used to be able to smile sincerely, act relaxed and looked presentable. He's not only aging badly but he's becoming a caricature of himself. His eyes don't focus right and he's having more frequent trouble keeping his train of thought. I think that it is the evil that is deep inside of him, eating it's way out.
