2. Terror + Other
I believe there will be two.

One will be Cheney off the ticket right before the convention due to "health problems." If anything comes of any of this (Plame investigation, 9/11 commission, wmd commission, woodward book, etc) Cheney will be the fall guy. Bush will come out clean and with a new VP with no baggage, someone likeable. Notice Cheney is never in the public eye, never in the commercials etc... he's gone in August.

The second surprise, unfortunately, will be a terror attack. The right-wing suckass media will pronounce that "Al Queda attacked on US soil in an attempt to influence the election" therefore setting the people up with the choice to either vote for Bush or vote the way Al Queda wanted them to and therefore help Al Queda win. See how easy that is to spin? ARGH!

I'm very scared of this happening and us losing the election because of it.

3. You know guys, Earlier in the year I would have said UBL, recently I
changed to WMD. But, after today's Sunday's talking-head-whore juncket I will have to go with Terror in the US. That is the only one they can get away with if WE don't stop the bastards.

Put the word out on every board you belong to. I'm going to send emails to the following media addresses to make sure they know what is at stake.

4. I have to agreer: terror +
I'm thinking major terror--in the range of 300,000 dead.

They want a full blown war in the ME. They need a JUSTIFICATION for retaliations that could be nuclear. They need a JUSTIFICATION for universal conscription. They most definitely need a JUSTIFICATION for at least temporarily suspending the elections.

Please tell me I'm wrong!

6. No, unfortunately you're not wrong. In fact, Condi has already said that
it's probably gonna happen. But I have to wonder which terrorist group will do the attacking, Al Quaeda or the bush* administration.

Something to look forward to: martial law and suspension of the November election (in my opinion).

5. Afraid so. Bin Laden and WMD roll outs are just spin, and at this point
they won't be enough. Terror is about control.

MIHOP II: HOP Harder.

7. I voted WMD, but there was a story up on Yahoo that
Condi expects terror before the election. As, we all know, Condi never makes a mistake, so it must be true.

Or, maybe they'll go for the hat trick, and find UBL too,

October Surprise
WMD, Terror, UBL

8. A nuke
I think that they will try something really spectacular. Not simply a run-of-the-mill terrorist attack. The other choices are pretty predictable and will highlight the conspiracy.

Maybe a nuke in a heavily Democratic city (or a chemical attack or a bio attack). Betcha that when Kerry is elected and investigates, they'll find out that the source was from US Army stockpiles.

9. I really don't like this at all. I can't say that I'm frightened because
I'm too angry to be frightened. It just erks me that we are being so obviously played by BushCo. It also erks me that the rethuglicans are buying this shit. We are looking @ massive casualities. I don't think the cancellation of the GE is out of the question should something happen. Does anyone know what the deal is with a possibility of cancellation of a GE? Laws on Cancellation or postponement where the GE is concerned?

12. Or a phoney assassination attempt on someone in Bush administration
for the sympathy vote. A phoney staged attempt that doesn't really kill anyone but comes close is easy to stage and control. As crazy as it sounds, I wouldn't put it past anyone in this administration.
