14. Actually, they have said they'll send more troops to Afghanistan.
But they don't have nearly as many there as in Iraq (I want to say 150, but I'm not sure I'm remembering correctly). I think they talked of sending about 100. They're also offering non-military support to help Iraq become a stable, sovereign nation again.

I saw some troops going home to Spain on Spanish TV the other day (they were part of a group who had been relieved in Iraq by fresh troops, not part of the pullout just announced). They didn't seem disappointed. Today's news had a Spanish soldier in Iraq talking about the pullout, and he said the Poles are worried, because they are working with the Spaniards.
