It's High Noon for BushCo
The bad guy has a lot of firepower, but he's drunk with power and his shots are fired from a long distance, way off the mark. He is running out of ammunition. His movements give him away. They have become transparent. There is no logic to his actions. No real strategy, just blind thrashing with no end game in sight. His cohorts are deserting him. Besides, he has never fought in a war. He and his remaining supporters are acting tough, but they are scared shitless now that the final battle is about to begin..

The cool guy is building up his arsenal, conserving his firepower and waiting until he gets the enemy in his sights. He's consolidating his support. He knows about fighting. He has been to war.

This is war.
