A great news web site

Lots of grassroots efforts out on the Web to present news from a progressive point of view. I wanted to recommend one, OpEdNews, that is a great source of information. Not only that, but they're running one of my columns! Check out the site if you get a chance. A lot of these progressive news sites are labors of love, usually ran by one or two people, but provide a great service by offering an alternative to corporate media.

They keep speaking as if objective analysis and idealistic vision can win the day.
