With so many weapons in Iraq, why wasn't Saddam assassinated?? |
If he was so evil and hated, why didn't someone with a rifle and a scope or a carbomb, take him out? Everybody seemed to have a weapon. How difficult would it have been to get a headshot on him from a distance? He came out into the public frequently. Anyone thought about the reason why?

1. Because the people there for the most part did not care to do that |
except for the areas out of Saddam's control in the north and those little trouble spots near the border in the south, no one in that country cared enough to over throw Saddam and he did'nt make it easy for them because he was extremely careful.

4. Because we couldn't kill enough Iraqis by just assassinating Saddam |
And we could not occupy the country and grab the oil.
