It is a myth that the conservative people are more drawn to guns. I have plenty of guns and I wouldn't hesitate to use them on someone if I was threatened.

My point was more about the T-Shirt than about guns. What do you think would happen if the same kid walked around the NRA convention wearing a shirt that said "Atheist Anarchist Homosexual Pro Gun Law Liberal"?

and Reps are more rural. A lot of rural Dems own guns and a lot of urban/suburban Reps don't. If you never lived in the country then you won't understand. General Wesley Clark, John Kerry and Michael Moore are gun owners.
