I'm "officially" a Christian but really I care how people act, not what their religion is..This man seems like a person with a good heart and a sense of humour....If it wasn't for Canadian DUers you guys would never know what is happening up here above the 49th parralel....CNN and the other networks only mention the unsavory things that happen in Canada.....I'll bet you didn't know that Nelson Mandela was here not too long ago and was made an honorary citizen of Canada....Anyway....hope the Dalai Lama has a nice visist in Canada....

Hmm - you must live out west?

I live at the 46th parallel and that's in Ontario.

Toronto's on the 43rd parallel. while Windsor (Ontario) s at the 42nd parallel.

ALL of PEI(Prince Edward Island) is below the 47th parallel, and Nova Scotia stretches from below the 46th down into the 43rd parallel.

ALL of New Brunswick is below the 48th Parallel down to the 45th parallel.

Quebec stretches down to the 45th parallel, with all of it's major cities below the 47th parallel

And for you Californians,

There is part of Canada (Point Pelee Island) that is at the same parallel as Northern California!!

"Pelee Island is on the same latitude as the prestigious wine regions of the world including Napa Valley, California"
