Did Clarke talk about the 9/13 saudi flight?

Did he talk about the flight to get the bin ladens out of america after 9/11... did he talk about it under oath to the commission?

It seems like the WH is still denying this happened... how can they?

1. He said he didn't know who authorized the plane.

2. Yes he did talk about that. He said the request came in he got it, but

refused to approved it. Instead he forwarded it to the FBI for review. Since they did'nt seem to indicate they wanted to talk to anyone on the list that was sent someone else approved the flight.
