4. I don't think anyone will be satisfied with the reason that will be

given...they'll have the most persuasive statement that they can dream up and no one will be able to refute it because those present are loyal operatives.

What I want to know is - was their a TV in the limo...because if this was a mihop or lihop, they could have had camera coverage fed to key people of the first plane hitting.
