black box voting=voting on electronic machines which don't print paper ballots.

There is a bill in the Senate to end black box voting before the 2004 election.

It is callled "The Voter Confidence Act," S.1980.

Phone your Senators and ask them to cosponsor the Voter Confidence Act.

Phone [phone] (Capitol Hill Switchboard), ask to be transferred to the office of one of your Senators, and leave a message requesting that the Senator cosponsor the bill.
