Today is Patriots' Day in Massachusetts and Maine.
Bush takes the opportunity to speak in Pennsylvania touting Patriot Act, saving souls, "meaning what he says", saving more souls, and kind of stumbling through the "threat" concept.
Oh, did I mention 9/11?,
about forty times.
