was not checked. What EXACTLY was on the computer and could its contents, had they been known, prevented 9/11. There are some reports that claim the tightening down on the FISA warrants was the result of DoJ's policies, and not the FBI's or a judge's. If a FISA would have been issued, things may have turned out vastly different.
