CNN Poll: Support for more troops increasing, support for a withdrawal |
|
Edited on Mon Apr-19-04 06:56 PM by KurtNilsen
decreasing.
From CNN International just now. Despite the recent violence the support to withdraw troops have declined. Surprising..
On edit: I removed this because I thought they might just have been talking about the ABC poll, but since people already answered, I put it back in.

2. Man, the bad news for chimp just keeps on rolling in |
|
What that means is people realize the rushed, artifical June 30th "handover" is just what the president* says he's against--cutting and running.
Thank god Kerry is on record loud and clear saying we've got to see this through now that we're in.

3. Damn. Is this the thinking: more troops = fewer US casualties? |
|
If we MUST be there, then I guess we MUST have enough troops to protect ourselves -- but doesn't that equate to thousands more Iraqi casualties. Or don't they count?

6. I think he said that there was strong support for |
|
increasing troop numbers even though if that meant more US casualties.

8. Simple--look at the minds you are dealing with in this country........ |
|
We is losin' da' war and dat ain't acceptable. Fuck dem Iraqi scum and bringing them democracy. Now KILL KILL KILL KILL....because then it validates our dead (and one of the mother's of the dead said exactly that on national tv). Do you think we are there to fight for their freedom any more.HAHAHAHA . We want our team to win dude--whatever the hell that means!! And we don't care if we clear the bench and send them all to their deaths because most people don't know any of the "soon to be dead". Give them the draft and see how fast they want to jump ship on this!!!

10. Actually. That was also one of the findings. The people that |
|
thought the US was bringing democracy to Iraq had also declined which seems to support your line of thinking.
