Is anyone doing anything to mark the 5-year anniversary of that tragedy? I can't believe it has been 5 years. From what I know, I think most schools across the country have used many steps to prevent events like these. I know at the high school that I went to they implemented many cameras around the inside and outside of the school, have a full time security guard and metal detectors.
I request that everyone have a moment of silence tommorrow.
On a similar note wasn't 2-day the anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing? I had my moment of silence for that b/c I think I saw something on the news about it.
