2. As far as which populace, it's clearly Spain. As far as which government
it remains to be seen since Spain has a new one. Musharreff does put his ass on the line for the WOT alot, and is the best thing we're gonaa probably get for a while in Pakistan.

Spain's record of lackeyism is short and bumpy, while the ruling elites of the other two have for much longer spread their legs wide. This is not my definition of an ally, but those *I* consider an ally and those that the US gov't considers as allies are irreconciliably contradicting.
