Now that the Imperial Family has been established to be "above the law", what's the problem?

Imperial Amerika is a Land Without Law. Sure, there are PLENTY of arbitrary rules to keep the Serfs in line and legalize theft of Serfs by the Aristocracy, but no actual Laws anymore.

The Bloodless Coup of 2000 and LIHOP 9/11 put paid to that quaint notion.
