3. I feel much smarter now that I've given up the US cable news networks
My daily TV news is 1/2 hour of BBC World News, then a half-hour of US broadcast network news (usually ABC or CBS -- never NBC), then an hour of Democracy Now on our local public access channel.

I've had my fill of 'screaming head' shows on CNN, Faux, and MSNBC. I think that watching stuff like that makes you stupid.

4. The OUTRAGES keep on coming around the World!
It's hard to keep up.
As the World's remaining superpower, we have an obligation to lead. Instead, the USA spends over a BILLION DOLLARS a DAY on killing the people of the World instead of helping them.

Another good source of International News is NewsWorld International (NWI) on the dish.

I try, but can't keep up.

BTW: Did you see JJ's breast?

5. I've been watching that and the Euro News,
which was added to our cable about a month ago. There actually is life outside the US.
