1. Was this not a Reagan law for Wash,DC - but they could not search/demand
an ID.

I remember everyone using Joe Smith of 1919 19th street - and the disgusted look on the face of the police that were trying to harass!

3. Here's the case at the Supreme Court website
Does "Argued" mean that the case is over and a judgment is pending?

4. I think it means
that oral arguments are over and they are in the opinion writing phase. It should be at least a week or a few weeks and the decision will probably come out on a monday.
