Sam Seder is great

Right after Randi Rhodes, I think he's my favorite AmAir personality. I might be the only person who prefers him over his co-host Garafalo, as great and as natural and beautiful as she is--Sam is one of those few people who is great to listen to while he rants. It's entrancing, what can I say. And he's great at railing at the right wing nut jobs too--and he combines it with a fairly normal center-left polity, which is just up my alley.

He was much better tonight without Garafalo, don't get me wrong she is great as well, but Sam rocks.

2. He does have a vanilla appeal

What about Randi and Tim going off on that gay guy that called. Just because he said "my partner" they were saying a couple of times "He's Gay!", as if it had something to do with what he was saying. And the caller was like "I'm just going to talk right over that (crap)". What an embarassment. Hopefully they won't do that again.

Randi making any "he's gay!" comments, just her sidekick, it was just one, and it was quite out of place I thought

I find his rants disjointed and spluttery compared with Randi's, which always swing back around to the point she's making. I'll grant he's still getting his sea legs, and I'm willing to give him the chance to grow into the job, but right now I find him kinda painful to endure.

My favorite after Randi is Marty Kaplan. He's sharp.
