Everything Bush has done that's unconstitutional?
The USA PATRIOT Acts, the $700-million allocated by congress to fight terrorism in Afganistan that they used to plan the war...What else? Plame? Lying in the SOTU? Iraq?

7. Definitely
Since he was unconstitutionally installed, everything he's
done since is unconstitutional, including signing his paycheck
(money obtained under false pretenses constitutes fraud)

3. While all despicable,
the only one that you listed that may be unconstitutional is the Patriot Act...

6. And Bush's selection.
The democrats didn't do their job when they let the supreme court hand over the presidency over to Bu$h.

8. good point but,
won't we have a hard time throwing it back in his face if Kerry voted FOR it? That's the only little thing the rethugs are holding on to right now.

4. PATRIOT ACT, and the mercenaries involved in HOMELAND SECURITY
Edited on Fri Apr-23-04 08:18 AM by bobthedrummer
plus the mercenaries employed by the administration of George W. Bush aka The War President wherever they are-they're criminals!:grr:

The use of criminal mercenaries such as Dyn Corp and Blackwater is harmful to the United States of America, it furthers the anti-Americanism sought by Osama Bin Laden and others, it directly endangers US troops whose military operations are disrupted by them-plus they've failed to provide security for US troops--that is insulting imo.

Since when does the USMC take reprisals for the death of punk mercenaries? Since when does the USMC shut down newspapers? How can the USMC control what tv press show?

Who said that USMC ever fights for those that fly a corporate logo instead of Old Glory?:grr:

My dad was USMC 604th Platoon MAF WWII vet, he fought against militarism and fascism, what's wrong with some Marines anyway?

Sheesh...

on edit: the mercenaries have made big political contributions through the years, it's all about making big bucks off war for them.

5. Well
lies concerning matters of state is enough for me and would have been enough for the founding fathers probably. To the general public, lies under oath concerning morals charges (Clinton) is deemed worse unfortunately.

11. The canaries in the coalmine are American Indians
http://www.indiantrust.com/

The Cobell people estimate that there may be $100 billion dollars missing from the Indian Trust Fund... but chances are we'll never know.

How exactly did Congress fund that Stealth Fighter, anyway?

Who cares. Whatever is left is funding the war now.
