2. I got a call from the republican campaign too

Very odd man - called himself Mr. B... and acted like it was a business deal he was making. Kept telling him we weren't interested, finally hung up. Do they hire professional telemarketers? Can't image he gets a good response with his cold business approach.

3. Whenever I get polled

I must be on "the list" of the average white guy and I get polling calls on a bi-weekly basis. I ask "on whose behalf are you conducting this poll?" If they won't tell me, I hang up. If it's for a an organization I support or a news poll, I answer honestly. If it's for an organization I disagree with, I lie thinking that by screwing with their numbers I'll lead them down the wrong trail.

You can start out by saying that since you were abducted by aliens, you have come to see the wisdom of the Republican position, or you can't wait for a draft to KILL, KILL, KILL (the Arlo Guthrie approach). I always wait for the *pop* that tells me their head exploded.
