You're certainly correct, though. BUT: anybody who decided that the best thing is to cut their cable or cancel their subscription, DO IT, BUT DON'T STOP THERE!

After you do it, you MUST - ABSOLUTELY MUST - NOTIFY THEM that you've done this, and tell them why. Even your cancellation risks being overlooked unless you draw a little attention to it. Every rocket needs boosters, after all.
