Poll question: Is Bush and Co Proactive or Reactive?
When it comes to the Job description invested in the President: Taking care of America and its Citizens... is he doing his job and in what manner?

Proactive in terms of a hidden agenda(enriching his friends/supporters) don't count.

1. The poll is skewed... Bush neither takes care of us or reacts to our probs
Bush is the Corporate President of USA Inc.

The Pats Act is the solution to problematic Americans..

3. In that context, you are right. He is niether making him even more
of a failed Leader. Its worse than I ever thought could happen to us. A Nation gone wild with Delusion, woe onto us. Only hope is a strong type of Coffee and mega doses of Visine to open our eyes.

Bastille Day coming up. "Let them eat MREs?"

5. How many times has this administration reversed themselves--
in the face of public opinion? I'd say they are definitely reactive!

9. Bush is only a symptom, the root cause of our National Infection is
the so called COMPASSIONATE CONSERVATISM. This flawed Philosophy is the ruin of our once great Society for it encompasses a Selfishness on a scale hardly seen before in modern times.

ETs from around the Universe would laugh at our immaturity. Might want to call in the Weed Squad to exterminate us as a Bad Species.

8. His "no doubts" about his Iraq decision doesn't prove
him a strong leader, no matter how much he and his deluded followers think it makes him look macho and determined.

It just sounds makes him sound pigheaded. Or, one comment I've heard, like a sociopath.

A really proactive or strong leader would have been on his plane heading back to Washington within minutes of hearing about the second plane hitting the WTC. And on the phone, ordering a Code Red (or whatever the comparable term is), even before that. He would have sent planes to bomb al Queda hideouts the moment bin Laden was identified as behind the attacks, not waited for a couple of weeks to send in a few Special Forces troops.

I could go on....

10. Sounds like a failing grade from Shimmergal.
Bush has failed all of America and the Whole world to boot. Its the Propaganda that props him in place but soon the layers of lies will expose a naked Emperor.

Bush is the Fall Guy, he will take the hit and go down in History as a failed and stupid President. His buddies will be toasting each other on the golf courses/resorts/cruise ships. He is being used by the Far Right and don't even know it.

14. Looks like the terrible swift sword bit off more then it could hack :
in Iraq! Bush has the battleship mouth and rowboat ass syndrome that all warhawk repubs have! "Get 'um boyz while I count on my daddy's money!" What else would one expect out of an AWOL drunken Mis-Leader? A toad killing nut case like Jeff Dalmer is guiding the Battleship of state toward the mother of all sandbars!

Yup, we heading for the Reef and no Foghorn Leghorn loud enough to warn us until we hard aground. We been yelling for years but no one seems to have their Hearing aids on.

Where O where is the Filter for guys like Bush? The man is an embarrassment. Mongo would be far better Prez.

13. Just like his dad...
... remember in '92 when papa bush was asked what he wanted to do with his 2nd term? His answer was that he would handle whatever came up.
