Female Soldier to speak at University of Arizona

For my fellow 'Zonans out there, I just got this off of a U of A Young Dems listserve.

URGENT SPECIALIST LAURA ZDUNOWSKI TO SPEAK THIS COMING TUESDAY AT
STEWARD OBSERVATORY AT 6:30 PM. SHE HAS JUST RETURNED FROM IRAQ.

Dear friends, I am pleased to confirm that my sister has returned from
Iraq to Tucson and has enjoyed reuniting with the family once again. I
am also please to announce that she will be speaking about her
experience in Iraq this Tuesday at 6:30 PM at Steward Observatory (University
of Arizona near the mall). Some topics include: Her experience being
engaged by enemy fire, her take on media coverage vs. her experience,
sexual harassment from fellow soldiers, what she expected before she left
and how it actually was when she got there, and perhaps most chillingly,
she was stationed in a town that was taken over by Shiite rebels ONE
WEEK after she left. If anyone has questions please call me at 312-9584.
