White Rose Spring Funding Drive

Dear Friends,

As White Rose serves more and more files from our DSL connection, and thus is able to greatly expand the number of weeks we are able to archive, we have run into problems relating to the slowness of the computer we use for 90% of the work for White Rose. To address this problem we need to purchase a faster machine, and so are once again asking you for help. If you can afford to do so, we would greatly appreciate even a small donation to support this site!

Looks like the DU message board software mangled that direct link to the show!

Not sure how to make it work here, but you'd need to paste the part with the dash onto the end of the link that doesn't work.

Also, try quitting your browser and then going back to the main WR page. Often this forces a cache reload.

Let me know if that works.

BTW, the machine I will buy is a refurbished 1GHz G4 Apple eMac. The current machine is a refurbished 600 MHz Apple G3 iMac. I always buy the cheapest machine that will do the job, and I never buy anything new retail. (I break out in a rash if I pay full price for ANYTHING.)

16. What About a Liberal Grant Foundation ?

Kick for White Rose, sorry I can not donate but I am broke too.

If you can donate to White Rose don't forget about oreilly-sucks.com, I
could use some donations too.

A lot of good liberal websites are way under funded, we need to find a way
to raise money to give out grants to them or something.

Hell if I knew how to set up a foundation I would do it myself, we need a liberal
foundation that raises money for liberal websites then gives out grants to them.

If anyone has any ideas about this you can contact me about it.

In the meantime donate to White Rose, oreilly-sucks.com and any other liberal
website that is out there.
