Non-U.S. Citizens Group Raises Funds to Help Defeat Bush?

It just occurred to me than many around the world would really like to see John Kerry defeat Bush. Can we develop a PAC or similar to encourage non-U.S. citizens to donate to Kerry; or possibly bundle donations and forward to Kerry? I'm not experienced in this sort of thing at all, but I'm pretty sure the energy is there for this to really help off-set the financial disadvantage we face in this election.

We could call it "Allies Against Bush".

Sorry, Geia, but I believe such a move is illegal (You may remember the fuss the right wingie-dingies made when former vice president Gore was accused of doing something similar, even though no charges were ever brought.).

However, I can't help but wonder if an independent group of foreign citizens that has no ties whatsoever to the John Kerry campaign or the Democratic Party couldn't broadcast anti-Bush commercials into the US from Mexico, Canada, and possibly the Bahamas.
