Who is the coolest President ever?
When I say cool, I mean cool. Smooth, etc. I will have to go with either JFK or Clinton.

15. Oh,so what,
So people got a little drunk and trashed the White House.

They said that they didn't mean to bring that horse into the state dining room. And they sure didn't know it was gonna take a dump!

And, so most of the furniture ended up on the lawn...at least they didn't have a swimming pool to throw it in..

17. The Big Dog

JFK was a player as well, but that was back when just being the president was enough. Big dog had to work a bit sometimes I bet.

21. Just has to have been JFK
He had cool when people really knew the meaning of the word.

Think Rat Pack -- and then think putting the Rat Pack in the shade.

And making it look easy.

That was cool.

23. Teddy Roosevelt
Not a big fan of his politics, but definitely cool in a tough-guy Dirty Harry kinda way. I mean the guy ran with a crew called the "Rough Riders"-- yes agents of American Imperialism, but, come on, it's still cool. Also very quotable guy and apparently an easy guy to have a few drinks and laughs with. Lastly, when running for President with the Bull Moose Party, someone attempted to assisinate him while giving a speech-- still bleeding from the gunshot wound, he finished the speech!

25. He was on his way to the speech,
but insisted on giving it anyway. The bullet went through the speech folded up in his pocket. Luckly for TR, he was very long winded and the bullet had to travel through a lot of pages, which slowed the bullet enough so it lodged in his pectoral muscle.

JFK would be second. Clinton has it all: intelligence, charisma and the ability to connect with the people. I think that's why the Bushites hated him so much.
