He just got destroyed.

This makes his close relationship with bush look REALLY bad. I wish the general public could connect dots.

to ask him about his wife, and how she likes to give away her money to terrorists, just cause that's what all the Saudis do.

He actually said that when the 100 plus Saudis were spirited out of the U.S. that commercial planes were flying again.

This might not be true, don't get so crazy yet

The "Saudi pickup planes" might have been within the US airspace during the groundings....and may have left only after the bann was lifted

George W. Bush or Osama Bin Laden?

Pause. Pause. "We never took this poll. In Saudi Arabia, over 90% do not hate America."

8. Bandar: The president talked to me for many months about
high oil prices...

There was no deal... Clinton asked me in 2000 to do the same thing.

Russert: But in Oct of 2000, crude was $35 a barrell.

Bandar: The reason for high oil prices in the US is a lack of refinery capacity.

13. Bull
The oil companies in 2000 had gone to just-in-time inventory control, which meant that very little oil was being kept in refineries. That was one of the reasons Clinton had to use the National Reserves to beef up the supply that winter.

36. There was plenty of capacity
the oil companies refused to store any inventory, hence they had a self-inflicted shortage when the refineries couldn't meet the demand.

9. He's doing a lousy job as a flack.
I'll check that off as heredity vs merit in the ability department.

He even got a little foolishly testy toward the end there, protesting 'if you let me answer' when Mr. Whore had just ended a question. Fidgety and nervous, too.

Zero followup in the part I saw. Total non-answers just floating by while Timmie scanned his notes. Pretty worthless.
However, I did like Prince Bandit's reference to the extremism of our "evangelical priests".

OT - I just noticed that Bob Woodard will be on c-span Washington Journal Monday. And Amb. Joe Wilson on May 6, with his book. Yummy.

He really believes the Saudi royal family is entitled to special treatment because, well, you know, they're ROYAL!

Wow! Just finished watching MTP.
First Woody - trying to contradict what he himself said on 60 Minutes re: SA influencing gas prices for the election (But they are high now" But they can lower them in an instant" - 60 Minutes - and today: "They didn't deliver on the promose - the prices are high now")
Then bandar having no answer ti the question: "Who is more popular in SA - OBL or W?" "We never asked" He also offered to take over our refineries....

This man is the embodiment of the worst that has happened to our country. He's part of the 28 page redaction. Bush's fortune is tied to him and his country. Yet, he is there justifying Bush's case?
