Did anyone see Michael Rubin AEI/Coalition Member: Scary Dude.

This is another one of those finantical Bush/PNAC devotees. If you listen to him and look at his eyes you see the finaticism burning.

Do these people ever get off a prepared speech? They act like they are brainwashed repeating the Repug talking points. Plus he said that Colin Powell had delayed us going into Iraq! And that's why we are having trouble there. If we had gone in "SOONER" all this wouldn't be happening.

They are going to blame Powell for troubles in Iraq! That he wasn't supportive enought to the President!

Host, RW Steve, then read NYT's article about Lincoln and McClellan (saying Powell was a "reluctant General" like McClellan) which is blaming Powell, also, and then a David Broder article trying to paint Kerry (complete with a disgusting cartoon of Kerry) as not answering questions about our being in Iraq.

Two articles and a RW Consevative/PNACER with no Counter on C-Span.

Did any of you see this? I don't like Colin Powell but to make him the fall guy for Bush's failed War, is unbelievable.

1. I agree with you totally. It is such an insult to America to do this
on C-Span...this is one of the few outlets that we can still watch.

3. Not only did he say it, an article featured in NYT's this a.m. verifies
that the New Repug Talking Point, is "Powell's "reluctance to go into Iraq" caused us to have these casualties.

Comparing Gen. McClellan (Civil War General who was blamed for not moving fast enough against the Confederates) to Colin Powell.

4. WTF was up with that cartoon?
I realize Kerry is a caricature's dream, but the chin was exaggerated way past normal cariacature standards. It WAS disgusting.

Yes, alas, the Washington Journal has taken quite a right-wing turn recently. Did you see Brian Lamb on Friday? He was taking calls from Dems only, asking why they were voting for Kerry. You could see the disgust on his face. And the way they all cut off Dem callers. The only host I find remotely fair is Pedro.
