Will anyone have enough courage to declare war on us?
I sort of miss the soviet union for this reason. There are no deterrents from another superpower. World war one and two were ally heavy, and i don't see anyone coming to the aid of middle eastern countries. For the first time period in modern history, most governments deferring to the us, as far as leadership. Even chirac has a bit of it in him. So if we march into Iran and Syria, and the world can clearly see bush pulling an ole Adolf move, who will have the courage to stop a rogue us military? Israel, Britain, Spain would never dream of facing us down, but i have a theory. Since most government leaders are either scared or greedy, bandar for instance. I believe this could be the vanguard for revolution. Because the people of these countries, from Britain to France, to Saudi Arabia and others don't support it. The invasion of another country could cause the people to finally rise up and realize their strength. Not to mention we will soon find out just way the soviets spent 10 years in Afghanistan and just left. It has only been 1 year, things have only begun. I understand this will have to be a peoples war against their own governments, could you imagine turkey saying enough, and sending their troops to fight against us? but i bet their people, even in democracies will finally, rise up, and take their governments causing unbelievable unrest. Not to mention China has a green light to do anything it pleases, and we are too cowardly and unable to fight against their military. north Korea can move on the south any day and we can't do anything, and Israel is self explanatory.

4. Bin Laden is a fringe crackpot, not a nation or organization of nations...

Forget OBL. He's a coward with NO country to speak of. He has no country or influence. He's a mosquito, nothing more.

We're talking outright war here, sponsored by countries who actually tell us to our faces that we're a threat to the civilized world.

President Apostate's* excuse of going after nations that "harbor terrorists" was nothing more than a self-imposed blank check to give him the ersatz "morality" to bomb the shit out of any country he desires.

We all know that bombing the shit out a country who provides safe haven for a terrorist won't do any good. Iraq is an example of this. (additional: The Debacle known as the Iraq Invasion has actually created MORE people classified as "terrorists"... From *'s point of view, but the fact is we went into their country with no solid reason, let alone any truth. We went in with no solid plan and no way to deal with the outcome. It's far more like the Iraqis are defending their country from aggressors - and don't forget how often the US has raised its flag in a land they claimed to be LIBERATING. Liberators don't waltz in and raise their homeland's flag in a blaze of glory. That's an action of an uncivilized bully.)

Amusingly, Ireland and Israel harbor terrorists, yet we don't go after them. (Indeed, could the IRA be why Tony Blair licked *'s rectum, to see if we'd interfere with their problems? Bushko* certainly wouldn't because Britain isn't, ultimately, in our best interests. (The US has NEVER done anything out of true, unfettered, altruism.)

We have our own terrorists like Timothy McVeigh yet we sadly don't bomb ourselves.

2. Not likely...but a revised cold war could develop...
...between the US and the EU if B* gets a second term...the initial indicator might be when Germany orders US troops out.

3. If we keep attacking countries one by one
the world will pull together to come up with some sort of way to deal with us.

6. I hope so
China/nkorea are the only ones who could oppose us, but the plutocracy and ruling elite in china have found the spoils of exploitative renegade primitive capitalism
