13. EYES LIKE THAT USUALLY INDICATE HITTING THE SAUCE PRETTY HARD

Back in my college years, I remember my dorm roommate waking up after a night of :puke: ing. She barfed so much, the strain literally caused her to burst a vessel in her eye. And it looked just like Cheney's eye. Cheney is not an attractive fellow in the first place. I have this magazine - and this is a great article btw. I was scared when I look at it. The only person who looks good is Tony Blair - but he was lucky enough to get a full length photo.

14. Your comment about a blood vessel breaking in the eye...

...because of vomiting after heavy drinking is not the only cause for that condition. I personally don't drink at all, and haven't for quite some time, yet I still get an infrequent burst blood vessel in the eye caused by allergies and eye-strain. My dad...who also doesn't drink...has the same hereditary condition as did his father before him.

Two additional points:

1. I don't doubt in the least that a blood vessel can burst in the eye as the result of vomiting...please don't take my comments as an attempt to refute your personal observations;

2. None of what I've written should EVER be taken as a defense of Cheney, a man I consider to be one of the most evil individuals in the world.

16. You're right about the different causes of this

It happened to me once when my dog (overweight lab - but nice) was playing with me. I bent down to pet her and she head butted me right in my eye.

If I knew my close up photo was going to be in a magazine, I'd make sure my eyes looked good!
