I lived in Alaska and every road sign in the state was shot up. It was a joke as I am sure if a new one went up one day the next it would have 10 holes in it.I am not sure of the IQ of these people but you do get the feeling you do not wish to know them. I met one guy once that kept a gun in his sock. Please I do not know why so do not ask. Now to get into the service you have to fall into the normal range in IQ so guess it is a "normal " thing to do. Shoot up cars for fun. It is not the first time that some service man in Iraq did not look like he should be in a padded room but that is me talking.
