2. Please define "simply"
If you mean "plain-spoken" or "simple - as in stupid".

One is Bill Clinton, the other is, well, you know.

4. The only thing GWB does is speak simply
It's easier to figure out what GWB thinks than what Clinton thinks. GWB's world is even simpler than Ronald Reagans. I think the reason Bush does well in the polls is because the Republicans have a lock on
- Racists and other bigots
- Cheap people
- People who vote, but don't like politics

Bush's style of speaking is so childlike that even someone who pays little attention to politics is bound to remember something he says. Though Bush mangles the language, he sometimes speaks with the simplicity of a child.

6. Put partisanship aside here.
Reagan is the winner, hands down. "Evil empire", "Star Wars," etc. all that crap. There is a reason he is known as the so-called "great communicator" and it's because he reduced complex problems into simple sound-bite answers that successfully brought the Republican party back into the forefront.

Of course, he was WRONG in just about everything but that doesn't mean he didn't communicate simply and well.
