Gallon of Homogenized went up over a dollar per gallon. Heavy whip went up by two dollars for a half gallon. Butter is soaring. We need a Democrat in Office immediately if not sooner.

7. $4.00 per gallon
Let me give you an example of just how good you all have it down there in the lower forty-eight. Gallon of Homogenized is $5.25, gallon of 2% is $4.95 gal of Nonfat is $$4.42 half/gal homo is $2.85 half/gal 2% is $2.62 quart of homo is $1.59 quart of 2% is $1.51 pint of cottage cheese is $1.60 pint of sour cream is $1.81 half/gal of heavywhip is $9.35 butter is $3.49 per pound. Eggs are $1.75 per dozen. See things can deffinately be a lot worse.

4. Blame the low-carb craze
Too much demand for meat. The farmers can make more money by butchering the meat than by keeping them as dairy cows.

That's the gist of the stories I've read in mainstream media.

5. Why do you think we have that low-carb craze
Japan and China are still refusing our meat, we got to get the US rubes to eat it.

6. Seems to me every thing has gone up. I watch my pennies
I can not recall one item that is not a few cents higher. I live on a fixed income so see it weekly. Gas is a real cost so I just do not go out anymore but for weekly shopping. If I was still working it really would be a problem.
