...rate the order of Lefty leaders that should "watch out" and he replied:

Chavez (Venezuela) is still number one. Oil, oil, oil.

Lula (Brazil) is number two. If only because Brazil is such a huge market.

I forget who was number three. He left Castro out of it, so it wasn't Fidel.

Lagos (Chile; Old chum of Allende) was only number four. Still a target, he hates the WTO, but not really on the radar yet.


He's just a damned easy interview, a real pleasure.
