here's the caption (from the 4/26 National Enquirer):
The King of conservative radio, Rush Limbaugh, gets a kiss from the queen of Miami's female impersonators - and seems to enjoy the liberal display of attention! Rush and drag queen James Davis, alias statuesque blonde Elaine Lancaster (right), were snapped while out to dinner in Miami with the radio host's attorney Roy Black, a mutual friend. Rush acted surprised at the camera, but then gladly accepted a smooch from the faux femme.

...including Marv Albert and William Kennedy Smith. NBC used him during the O.J. trial as a legal expert/commentator.
