vote no? even arch conservative Cheney buttlickers? The only reason to vote no is if you think he's hiding some wrongdoing and you want him to be able to keep it a secret. Any halfway intelligent person would like to have these records made public.

Maybe the people who voted no did so because of the term "private records" (as if they don't already actually belong to us). Maybe they just saw those words and don't have the brain-power to realize this isn't actually a privacy issue.
