PARADISE VALLEY - Former Republican presidential candidate Steve Forbes concedes that the news out of Iraq is grim, but he said the Democrats have not shown that they can fight the war on terrorism any better. The Forbes magazine publisher on Monday predicted that President Bush, buoyed by an improving economy, would prevail in the November election.

...lowering the bar further I see

3. Steve "Trust Fund Baby" Forbes. I am for a HEFTY....
inheritance tax of 90% for people who inherit the kind of money he did.

Steve NEVER worked a day in his looser life. What does he know about the common man?

Why would anyone listen to anything Steve Forbes has to say. The man looks like he sits in trees at night in bad need of an enima.

7. I don't think he blinks. His eyes are always wide open and his smile
seems a maniacal smile. Like he's thinking, "I don't really believe what I'm saying but they don't know it."

8. What would Steve Forbes know about winning an election?
(In fact, what would George W. Bush know about it, either?)

Bush, Kerry... it doesn't matter.

This nation is headed for a shameful, humbling collapse--regardless of whom is at the helm. About time, too.

9. Someone should ask Steve...
...why he underwent such a dramatic transformation from 1996 to 2000. Went from a libertarian-leaning flat taxer to a born-again whack job. Was it his father being outed as homosexual? Steve Forbes is a simpering shitbag.

10. Steve Forbes is the biggest moron....
He is the corporate poster child for "Republican Family Values". Look at me I am a total moron, and all I inherited was the lousy magazine from my rich Republican father.

My,what a Repig bootlicker Forbes has tuned out to be. Just a few years back Republicans were the worst thing on the planet according to Steve. Now sounds like he embraces the idea of another four for Chimp.
