I just heard a story on Fox about a 7th grader who started collecting money so that soldiers could call home. Started out with $21 collected from kids in her class, then the ba\nk she took it to kicked in $500 and then the donations grew. Surprise, she gets a call from the White house to tell her how impressed Chimp is. I waited to hear how much he chipped in, but as they didn't say anything, apparently the cheapskate thought that was enough, and didn't contribute.
