5. That's one might big "free speech zone."
I think a division of the protesters oughta been in charge of tracking down the media cameras, which will be skillfully angled to miss the carnage.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is our generation's '68 Chicago.

8. ACLU already has law suit filed against BushCo for
prohibiting free speech by demanding these Free Speech Zones at all his appearances. If it hasn't come to the forefront by then, this just might put it there!

This suit is mentioned in John Dean's book as one of the 11 big problems that could be worse than Watergate.

9. What a Shame...
the streets will be clogged with, gulp, protesters.

Convention goers won't be able to get to and from their hotels?

NY traffic is bad enough on a good day...

tsk, tsk!

13. Don`t worry. The RNC has connections.
They`ll just buy "Ground Zero", put an electric fence around it and hold their convention there.

This is, after all, NYC....the place forever indebted to George Bush for his character and courage. The least they can do is let him have full run of the city for a few patriotic photo ops. I`ll bet Rudy would agree to help.

16. I'm sure Rush and Drudge will report it as ten individuals raising hell.
Just like the march last Saturday had a few thousand people show up.
