1. our forum is just nicer looking
their's looks like trailor trash. I try to go there just to see what they are thinking and why. I usually can't stay too long though becuase it turns into an ignorantfest quickly.

2. You may
be right that these guys are stupid, but somehow they got their guy into office. And somehow more than 50% of the population is still behind Bush (on the most important issues) - despite all of the evidence explaining why he should be impeached, in jail, or injected.

Something is wrong with our approach.

6. Does it matter?
The guy is still in office and has a reasonable chance of getting re-elected.

His supporters don't care about evidence. They don't care about the improprieties of this administration - they see a strong stand against terror and evil regimes and tax cuts. They don't see a nation divided, a world turning away from America, or a looming theocracy coming to this country.

In their minds, Bush is right and is right for this country.

Explaining this evidence to these guys is not easy at all - they run home to the fact Bush is not Clinton and no additional planes have flown into buildings.

I hope someone can give us a better leg to stand on when we run into these myopic views.

9. It'd be nice...
but Air America can't even stay on the air. You and I are just a pair of knuckleheads getting pissed at Bush while we should be working. We couldn't even get public access cable to provide air time.

Imagine the looks in their eyes when we proposed a new channel devoted to pointing out Bush's plot to turn America into a fascist state.

7. 2008 would not surprise me. . .
But it was quite obvious she wasn't going to run in 2000, and it was quite obvious she wasn't going to run this year.
