Nice post from the Yahoo message boards... |

Not written by me, but worth repeating. Thanks, srv_13_99 ========
From day one there has been questions about the Bush administration. They won an election under suspicious circumstances. 9/11 can reasonably be argued that Bush either A) Knew out right and let it happen or B) Totally ignored all reasonable intelligence that it was going to happen. It can also be argued they are covering it up with a hand picked committee that is going to hear testimony from Administration officials without those said officials being placed under oath. And Now Bush will give NON oath testimony with Cheney making sure his dumb ass doesn’t fvck up.. THE BIGGEST EVENT OF OUR LIVES AND BUSH CAN’T EVEN TESTIFY UNDER OATH OR WITHOUT SITTING ON CHENEY’S LAP…. UNBLIEVABLE! Does that not raise a huge RED FLAG? If it doesn’t you really need a reality check! And an IQ check… along with a medical check because you are dead!
Also mentioned: They gave huge tax breaks to their friends while the little guy got $350 on average (the average of the top 1% of earners get $300+ Thousand). They opened the media outlets so a person could own 39% of the media (which just happens to be the amount R. Murdock owns, a well known supporter of Bush). They mislead America and the World on WMD so they could justify their already planned war against Iraq. Now they are going to hand pick a commission of “INDEPENDENT” investigators, however they won’t report back until after the election (if Bush was totally in the clear he’d beg for a finding BEFORE the election). Add to this Enron, the energy crisis in California, Scalia having his hunting trip paid for by Cheney (a defendant in a case Scalia is hearing), Halliburton and its ties to Cheney. Plus Halliburton’s constant overcharging of the services and getting caught. Also there are questions about bribes in Nigeria involving Cheney and Halliburton…. Now we have 3 high White House officials leaving the administration all saying the same things about how corrupt and stupid this regime is. Along with Bob Woodward telling us now that they diverted funds without congressional approval which to me doesn’t top the Sundae as much as showing a foreign government Top Secret War maps… the same Foreign Government that had 15 of the 19 9/11 hijackers as their citizens… The same foreign Government that had Bush black out 28 pages of a report that implicated them… The same foreign Government that has promised lowering gas prices before the election!!!
So tell me, America, just how much more of this crap are you willing to take? Anyone of these incidents alone should turn your stomach but if a DA were to bring RICO charges against this bunch they’d have little trouble sending them to jail for a long period of time. The Bush administration is so corrupt, John Gotti would have been jealous!

2. It's not only the run of the mill American who should be |
|
outraged...the DEMOCRATS (you know that opposition party) should be on Bush's case from the time he arises in the morning to the time he places his wee wittle head on his scooby doo pillows at night.
Everyone knows that if the tables were reversed and Gore were in office, the pugs would investigate, investigate, investigate.

3. RICO would work nicely, but the Patriot Act would be better |
|
It has already been used to prosecute white-collar crimes. Oh that would be so ironic! Hung by their own noose!
